Introduction
A Siraya tribe that inherits traditional rituals and ceremonies
“Jibeishua” is the ancient name of Dongheli, Dongshan District, which means ‘Kapok Tribe’ in the Siraya language. The tribe maintains five family shrines and a public shrine, where you can learn about this culturally rich tribe through ceramic storytelling walls, historical street chairs, imagery indicators, and detailed lithographs of stories in the space underneath the trees.

Jibeishua Tribe is dedicated to promoting and preserving Siraya culture, thus occasionally holding lectures, experience tours, guided tours, and various activities, allowing travelers from all over to better understand the cultural history of the tribe. From Siraya mythology, traditional rituals (Night Ritual, Xiaohai Ritual) to how to distinguish between large and small shrines in the tribe, the travelers are guided to learn about the beauty of the Siraya people, taking home a wealth of knowledge.
