Beat the summer heat in Guanziling! The Siraya National Scenic Area Headquarters' "2026 Siraya Summer Chill" event is now in full swing. Its most anticipated highlight, the Guanziling Cool Summer Music Night, will take the stage on the evening of Saturday, July 25, at Wu Jinhuai Music Square. Hosted by celebrated radio personality Wu Jianheng, the evening brings together a powerful lineup of singers, including He Fang, Southern Duo, Cheng Yi, Ma Yufen, and Lin Longxuan. From classic campus folk songs to popular hits, their warm, moving melodies will accompany visitors through a romantic night in Guanziling.
In addition to the musical feast, the event is also launching the great-value "Afternoon Crafts x Mountain Forest Stroll" half-day tour package, taking visitors deep into Dongshan's 175 Coffee Road. Guided by local artisans, guests can get an up-close look at the process for making dried longan using a century-old traditional method of wood firing and smoking — the signature ingredient behind world bread champion Wu Pao-chun's wine-fermented longan bread. After trying the experience, well-known Hong Kong YouTubers Di Da and Kai Qing both praised it as refreshingly unique and fun. On weekends, street performers will also visit partner shops to present intimate live shows. From now through August 9, the "Guanziling Stamp Collection Fun" activity invites participants to collect stamps; complete the tasks to redeem exclusive shop discount coupons, with a chance to win big prizes including a Nintendo Switch 2, hot spring accommodation vouchers, and specialty dining certificates.

On event weekends (July 18, 19, 25, and 26; August 1, 2, 8, and 9), the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Guanziling Route is also rolling out the bonus "Summer Big FUN Giveaway" campaign. Simply ride the route, collect proof of ridership, head to the Lingding Tourist Information Station to snap a photo with the adorable Huang A Ma inflatable character, and upload it to Facebook with the designated keywords to enter the on-site capsule-toy prize draw. Prizes include Guanziling hot spring vouchers, The Making of an Ordinary Woman one-day tour packages, and more, available in limited quantities while supplies last.
