Immerse in the beauty of the “four traditional arts” at Yoichi Hatta Park

Siraya National Scenic Area Administration and Yoichi Hatta Memorial Park Administration will soon hold a series of events to promote “the four arts of Hatta” - oriental music, chess, calligraphy, and painting. The two administrations hope to turn the park into a one-and-only platform for exchange of the four traditional arts, as well as of Taiwanese and Japanese cultures.

All visitors say they are impressed by the newly inaugurated Coral Garden, an outdoor landscaping area, especially the resounding oriental zither music and freshly made mocha tea. At this peaceful place, why not put on “yukata” (summer kimono) or old Han Chinese garments and sit down for some mocha tea and traditional Japanese desserts, and listen to the music. A precious journey into arts and souls this is!
An exhibition on “the four arts of Hatta” and seasonal tours will take place soon. Coral Garden will also be installed with interactive decorations to showcases the beauty of the four arts in four sections. All are cordially invited to reserve a visit!
