Tourism Bureau, MOTC hold “Taiwan Hot Spring” to sale the whole hot spring areas in Taiwan every year, in the series activities this year (2021), in addition to hold the whole areas starting ceremony, hot spring lectures, combining convenience stores online draw, also hold the best evaluation of Taiwan Hot Spring -”Golden Spring Awards”. The top award of this ”Golden Spring Awards”- “Best Hot Spring Awards”, after votes and judgments, top 3 hot spring areas is Jiaosi, Tai'an, Jinshan and Wanli, “Best Hot Spring Awards ”is an award that gathers the overall score of all projects, with popular vote, and best comment of every judge.
Taiwan Hot Spring Areas Golden Spring Awards can show the characteristic of every hot spring area, in the process of vote and evaluation, every hot spring area and government market their hot spring area together, every hot spring area show their own characteristic and culture, including space design, service process, food planning, surrounding tours. The director of Tourism Bureau, MOTC said Taiwan is located at the junction of the plates, it has rich and diverse hot spring resources, from sodium bicarbonate springs, sulfur springs, and mud hot springs, etc., the north, central, south, and east hot springs have their own advantages, now, because of the influence of COVID-19, people must follow the government’s epidemic policy, avoid unnecessary outings, after the epidemic slows down, invite your family and friends travel to enjoy Taiwan hot spring, and hope government and local dealers with cooperation, promote and market every high quality hot spring together, Tourism Bureau, MOTC also will keep to promote Taiwan hot spring tourism, and promote Taiwan Hot Spring to international market.
