The first floor of the "Golden Buckwheat Discovery Hall" in Yujing, Tainan, is a tourism factory, and the second floor is a themed restaurant combined with a souvenir sales space. In the discovery hall, you can get a preliminary understanding of different buckwheat grains, such as seeds, hulling, roasting, and baking, and observe buckwheat processing through glass windows. After the visit, you can also go to the golden buckwheat-themed restaurant for a rich meal.

In the discovery hall, you can ask the service staff to conduct a professional guided tour to learn about buckwheat's planting secrets and nutritional components. There are also multiple applications of buckwheat tea and snacks here, suitable for the whole family to visit together and allow people to gain a new understanding of this healthy ingredient.  

The second-floor-themed restaurant lets you bring delicious buckwheat home
The golden buckwheat-themed restaurant provides a variety of set meals, such as buckwheat cold noodles and buckwheat ramen or Japanese pork chops wrapped in buckwheat grains and deep fried together. Soups, pickled vegetables, and desserts accompany the meals like an exquisite buckwheat feast. The souvenir area also sells buckwheat noodles, golden buckwheat thin pancakes, golden buckwheat sauce, decaffeinated buckwheat tea, etc., to promote the deliciousness and nutrition of buckwheat so that adults and children can eat happily and safely at the same time.
